Becoming a Mesotherapy Therapist

Becoming a Mesotherapy Therapist

We are all looking for that ‘glow’ aren’t we? A Mesotherapy therapist can do just that in as little as 20 minutes! Let’s find out more about mesotherapy and how skin can be dramatically improved from the first treatment.

What is Mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure where superfine injections of vitamins, minerals and amino acids cocktails are delivered into the mesodermal layer of your skin with an anti-aging agenda. This infusion nourishes and rejuvenates the skin while stimulating production collagen which helps give it its natural elasticity and beautiful glow.

What does Mesotherapy do?

By injecting vitamin-rich serums into the hard to reach places, you can deliver all of those essential nutrients where they are needed most for healthy skin cells. Using multiple injections or needle punctures, a meso therapist will be able to adjust dosages and target different areas in order to get optimal results!

Is it good for the skin?

As natural health options are becoming more popular, so is the idea of using plants and vitamins for beauty. Not only does it make sense to use what nature has already given us but a lot of people would rather choose plant-based products over chemical based ones because they want their skin to be as pure as possible without any additional substances on top, so yes its great for the skin!
Complimentry Therapy

Mesotherapy can be also combined with a treatment called PRP or
platelet replacement therapy. Your client’s plasma will then become the serum to inject back into the skin along with added vitamins if desired. This method ranges from £450 (area dependant) but can give next level results so is worth considering as part of your learning plan.

How do you become a Mesotherapy Therapist?

You might be considering a career as a mesotherapy therapist and if you are, now is the perfect time to step in this lucrative section of the beauty industry.

With treatments taking between 15 – 20 mins and earning potentials of £250 per treatment (UK average), mesotherapy is easily one of the highest earning treatments on offer.

What qualification would I need?

Becoming a qualified mesotherapy therapist is easier than you think, whilst you do need to have a level 3 qualification to take a mesotherapy course your pathway to this may be simpler than you imagine.

A VTCT course in level 2 beauty studies provides you with qualifications in a host of treatments including facials, this particular facial treatment opens the door to a level 3 qualification being the only course requirement to take a VTCT level 3 course.

During a level 2 course you will learn many treatments and techniques you can use to boost your business, these included waxing, manicure and pedicure and eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
