All payments must be made in full, in advance.
Students must arrive on time, if you are late, you will be refused entry.
In the unlikely event, of a course needing to be postponed, we will offer you an alternate date.
The Beauty Training Academy will not be responsible for loss of earnings due to course cancellations.
Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, if you are unable to attend the course.
A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt of this form.
Please note that the number of hours required to complete this course can vary depending on the class size, and the speed of learning.
